- Daily laundry credit: US$50 per room; US$100 per suite or villa
- Wi-Fi; premium internet in suites and villas
- Fitness Centre, Kijana Kids Club and Discovery Centre access
- VAT, service charge, tourism levy, applicable taxes and the lodge concession component

- National park fees, quoted separately for your travel dates
- Premium beverages and premium dining experiences
- Special dinners such as bush, vineyard or treehouse dining
- International flights, travel insurance, visas and personal purchases
- Any services not specifically shown in your confirmed itinerary
Families & occupancy
- Savannah and Horizon Rooms: up to 2 adults + 1 child
- Terrace Suites: up to 2 adults + 2 children under 12
- One-bedroom Villa: up to 2 adults + 1 child
- Two-bedroom Villa: up to 4 adults + 1 child
- Presidential Villa: up to 6 adults + 1 child
- Children 10 and under sharing with two adults stay free; own rooms are charged at the adult rate
- Additional person: US$500 adult / US$300 child per night
A current stay-longer benefit
A fourth night, with our compliments.
For selected 2026 dates, stay four consecutive nights and receive the fourth night complimentary. It is a thoughtful way to give the Serengeti more room in the journey.
- Valid 7 January–30 June and 1 September–21 December 2026
- Available for stays of four nights or more, across rooms and villas
- Applies to the dining-inclusive lodge stay, subject to availability
- Not combinable with other offers and not available for groups of more than 10 rooms
Payment & cancellation
Important terms, made straightforward.
These terms guide the booking. Your final confirmation will show the rate plan, complete inclusions, due dates and any date-specific changes clearly.
Payment schedule
- A 30% deposit is due within seven days of reservation confirmation
- The remaining 70% is due at least 60 days before arrival
- All payments are secured through your written itinerary and confirmation
- A 2.5% bank charge may apply to refunds processed by bank transfer or card
Cancellation terms
- Green and Shoulder Seasons: 50% from 60–30 days before arrival; 100% from 29 days before arrival
- July, August and Festive Season: 50% from 90–61 days; 100% from 60 days before arrival
- Changes, early departures and no-shows may carry the applicable charge
- All cancellations must be requested in writing

- Two-night minimum applies in July, August, Easter and the Festive Season
- No checkout is permitted on 31 December 2026
- Room type, family configuration and special requests are subject to live availability
