Zuri Zanzibar is designed for time on the beach as much as time in the room. The published half-board basis includes breakfast and dinner, daily non-alcoholic minibar replenishment, tea, coffee and ZURI water.
We shape the booking around the right accommodation, your beach days and any flight or safari connection. Exact room availability, dining and added experiences are reconfirmed before confirmation.
Published prices are per room, per night, in USD and include VAT. The Zanzibar infrastructure levy of US$5 per person per night is paid directly at the resort on departure.

Stay longer & honeymoon
- Stay 7+ nights: 10% off each night. Not valid if any stay date falls in festive season, for the Three-Bedroom Luxury Villa, or with another offer.
- Honeymoon: for stays of 3+ nights: sparkling wine, 20% off a one-hour couple massage, one dining experience, VIP arrival gift and beach sundowners.
- Honeymoon benefit requires a civil marriage certificate and is valid within one year of the wedding.
Children & additional guests
- Extra adult (13+): US$300 per room, per night.
- Extra child (3-12): US$150 per room, per night. Children aged 0-2 stay free.
- Baby cots are complimentary and extra beds for children up to 12 are subject to availability.
- Single occupancy is 90% of the room rate and does not apply to villas.
Meal plans & additional costs
- Half board includes breakfast, dinner, tea, coffee, ZURI water, and daily non-alcoholic minibar refill.
- All-inclusive is US$150 per person, per night. Children 3-12 receive 50% off; ages 0-2 are free.
- All-inclusive includes lunch, selected drinks and alcoholic minibar refills. Maisha dinner reservation is required.
- The US$5 Zanzibar infrastructure levy is payable directly at the resort. Airport transfers, laundry, babysitting, doctor, shop and additional watersports are separate.
Arrival, payment & cancellation
- Check-in is from 2:00 pm; check-out is by 11:00 am. Early arrival and late checkout depend on availability and may carry a charge.
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. For stays 27 Dec 2027 - 2 Jan 2028, full payment is due 90 days before arrival.
- Standard cancellation: 50% from 29 to 15 days before arrival; 100% from 14 days to arrival or no-show.
- Festive cancellation: 50% from 89 to 30 days before arrival; 100% from 29 days to arrival or no-show.
