Day 1: Zanzibar Hotel Pickup → Zanzibar Airport → 8:00 AM Flight → Seronera Airstrip → Full-Day Serengeti Game Drive
Your safari begins with an early morning private pickup from your Zanzibar hotel. We transfer you directly to Zanzibar Airport (ZNZ) for your scheduled morning flight. The goal is to keep the morning smooth and efficient—so you arrive in Serengeti early enough to enjoy a full safari day.
At approximately 08:00 AM, you depart Zanzibar for the Serengeti. The flight is scenic and time-saving, allowing you to skip long road travel. Upon landing at Seronera Airstrip (Central Serengeti), your professional safari guide will meet you for a warm welcome and quick briefing. You then depart immediately for a full-day game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife regions.

You start Day 2 with a sunrise game drive—the most rewarding time of day in Serengeti. Early mornings are cooler, quieter, and full of movement. Predators are often still active, and herbivores begin their morning feeding patterns across the plains.
After breakfast, you continue with a full-day game drive focused on Central Serengeti’s best wildlife corridors. A key highlight is exploring Utafiti, a famous area known for cheetah sightings and research activity. This zone is especially productive for guests who want to understand Serengeti behavior—not just “spot animals,” but truly experience how the ecosystem works.

Hot Air Balloon Safari (Sunrise) — $550 per person

In the afternoon, your guide will adjust the route based on fresh sightings, animal movement, and your interests (big cats, elephants, photography stops, etc.).
You return to camp before evening for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Your final safari morning begins early—because this is often the best time to witness predator action. After an early breakfast and checkout, you head out for a final sunrise game drive, using the golden morning light to search for lions, cheetahs, and other predators returning from night hunting or repositioning for the day.
Around 09:00 AM, you begin your return route toward Seronera. Your guide ensures you still enjoy game viewing along the way, while keeping timing accurate for your flight schedule. At approximately 09:30 AM, you arrive at Seronera Airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar.
On arrival in Zanzibar, our team will meet you and provide a private transfer back to your hotel so you can continue your beach holiday—now with Serengeti memories added to the trip.
