A proposal should answer the practical questions before they become travel problems. Here are the questions we are most often asked before a private Tanzania safari is designed.
What is the difference between a DMC and a travel agent?
A DMC operates inside the destination. We manage the Tanzania-side route, stays, guiding, vehicle, logistics and on-trip coordination. A travel agent may book travel but often uses a local DMC to operate the destination experience.
Should we drive or fly between parks?
It depends on your dates, budget, priorities and desired pace. We use flights where they preserve valuable time, and driving where the road journey adds to the experience or is the better fit for the route.
Can you arrange a safari and Zanzibar without it feeling rushed?
Yes, when it is planned as two connected chapters. We protect enough time for the wildlife areas, then coordinate the Serengeti or Arusha-to-Zanzibar transfer and give the coast stay room to feel like a genuine finish.
Do you work with families, honeymooners and small groups?
Yes. We plan around rooming, child ages, privacy, activity pace, special occasions and the way your party actually travels. These details are considered at the proposal stage, not added later.
What do you need to begin a proposal?
