After breakfast, drive south-west toward Tarangire for a game drive en route or on arrival, according to timing. The afternoon is for your first views of elephant country before dinner and fireside time at camp.

Ngorongoro
Sunrise balloon and Ngorongoro
Transfer before sunrise for the complimentary balloon flight over the Serengeti. After the post-flight experience and a possible morning game drive, continue to Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain Lodge for a calm highland evening before the crater.
The flight is operated under the balloon company’s safety procedures and depends on suitable weather. The exact post-flight rhythm is confirmed on the day, preserving time for the onward transfer and the included highland stay.
Descend early into the crater for a full private wildlife day with a picnic lunch inside the conservation area. In the afternoon, continue to Arusha for dinner and an overnight that makes the final departure day more comfortable.
An early crater descent gives the day the best balance of softer light, cooler conditions and time on the floor. Wildlife is never guaranteed, but the private guide can adjust the route between grassland, woodland, marsh and lake-edge habitats while remaining within the conservation-area rules.
Enjoy breakfast and check-out, followed by a private transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport. A Zanzibar continuation can be arranged separately at quotation stage if you would like to extend the journey to the coast.
