Are the listed prices per person?
Yes. The prices are per person sharing: USD 6,300 for two travellers, USD 5,630 for four travellers and USD 5,300 for six travellers. They apply to travel in 2026, 2027 and 2028, subject to final availability.
When does the 10% offer apply?
The 10% saving applies to travel from 1 March through 31 May and from 1 October through 18 December in 2026, 2027 or 2028, subject to availability. The reduced per-person sharing prices are USD 5,670 for two travellers, USD 5,067 for four and USD 4,770 for six.
Is this a private safari?
Yes. The journey is operated privately for your travelling party, with a private safari vehicle and driver-guide. Daily timing can be adjusted around wildlife conditions and your preferred pace.
Which drinks are included?
Days 3–5 at Meliá Serengeti Lodge include selected house wines, spirits, local beers and soft drinks alongside meals at Savannah Restaurant. Day 6 at Ngorongoro Meliá Lodge includes the same selected drinks alongside meals at Crater Lounge. Other drinks are separate unless added to your confirmed proposal.
What flight time should I book for the final day?
The final day includes an early Ngorongoro Crater game drive, early lunch and a road transfer to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport. A late international departure from JRO is recommended; we confirm the practical timing against your flight before you book.
Can the itinerary be adjusted?
Yes. We can review rooming, dates, lodge availability and the flow of the journey before you confirm. Changes that add services, nights or routes may change the rate.
